Litfin spent todays chapel message beginning to address the issue of alcohol. Litfin himself is an abstainer, but does not seem to feel that is absolutely necessary for all Christians (more to come on that in his next chapel message).

Related to the alcohol issue, Litfin recently answered in Town Hall chapel that he saw nothing wrong with drinking non-alcoholic beer while on the covenant. There was a Record article concerning it the next week as a student had recently been reprimanded for just such a thing.
